Make Call
Places an immediate outbound call to one lead.

Dials the lead straight away using the campaign's active telephony provider.
The campaign is derived from the lead, so there is no campaign parameter. The
call is placed asynchronously: a 200 means the provider accepted the request,
not that the call connected. Poll Get Call with the returned
call_id, or use List Calls with lead_id, to follow the
outcome.
This removes the lead from auto-calling. A lead called through this endpoint is marked
doneand its scheduled calls are cleared — including when nobody answers. No further automatic calls are made to that lead, and every subsequent call must be placed through this endpoint. This is deliberate: it stops automated and manual calling from dialing the same person at the same time. If you want the lead to stay in its auto-calling schedule, do not call this endpoint for it.
Each call counts toward the campaign's maximum attempts per lead and consumes credits from your account balance.
